Q: What are your current lead times for normal sample?
A: For blister product,current lead times for sample made of normal material is one day. For plastic box, it also only cost one day to complete sample in normal material. And lead times for paper box is 2—3days depending on its complex degree.


Q: Which express do you use for samples delivery?
A: Normally we use UPS,DHL,FedEx, you also can specify the express that you want to use, and We will contact it according to your instruction.


Q: Do you stock tooling parts for blister packing?
A: We have over 1,000 sets of tooling formats within the Wasdell portfolio. If your product doesn’t fit these tooling formats we can design and manufacture dedicated tooling thanks to our in-house facilites.


Q: What are the terms of payment that your company accepts?
A: T/T payment, L/C, Western Union, and other terms we can reach a consensus according to actual situation.


Q: What is your minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
A: This will depend on the service being provided and the type of packaging.The price we quote will be specific to the type of packaging and volume per batch. We can pack as little as a single unit!


Q: Can I visit the factory before I place my order?
A: Yes,of course. Some customers will require a formal quality audit before placing a first order and we will be pleased to accommodate this. All customers are most welcome to visit our packaging facilities.


Q: Can you advise on packaging formats?
A: Yes, we can advise on the most appropriate packaging format for any particular product.
